Summary

Adexfe has an immediate opening for a Technical Documentation Specialist for its SaaS application . The role is a critical part of our technical services team and is focused on developing product documentation and end-user guides. The Technical Documentation Specialist will write, publish and distribute technical documents, including user manuals, workbooks, reference guides, release notes, interface documents and service bulletins for software applications/hardware.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a record of all corrections and revisions to documentation
• Collaborate and confer with stakeholders to document subject material and technical specifications
• Edit documentation immediately preceding delivery
• Research, propose and implement customer-specific documentation solutions
• Initiate improvements in documentation
• Display consistent and advanced time-management ability
• Comply with and improve upon document control management processes
• Standardize organizational documentation
• Monitor user feedback and implement improvements
• Develop, gather, and disseminate technical information
• Manage multiple projects with revolving deadlines
• Meet all related release and documentation deadlines
• May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

Requirements

HND

• Ability to comprehend, assimilate and document numerous software applications, hardware functionality and software/hardware integration independently
• Excellent writing skills
• Ability to edit, proofread and implement in-line changes
• Advanced understanding of technical writing conventions
• Ability to comprehend and clearly communicate complex technical data
• Advanced documentation layout and formatting skills
