To supervise the day-to-day operation of the Health team and drive the team’s service plan as well as business growth effort.


1.    To market health insurance to both existing and new clients

  • ​Implement growth strategy focused both on financial expansion and customer satisfaction
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

2.    To be responsible for the day to management of assigned clients and prospects

  • ​Obtain most favorable terms are obtained on all schemes with health Unit portfolio.
  • Complete documentation for all schemes as at when due
  •  Ensure clients understand what is required by the HMO/Health Insurer to service their account
  • Keep records on each scheme and ensure they are updated as at when due
  • Resolve clients complaints on HMO service or our brokerage service
  • Monitor HMOs performance and intervene as may be needed
  • Send periodic reports to the client on their Scheme
  • Arrange periodic meetings with HMOs and Clients toward ensuring effective service delivery

3.    Any other duties assigned by a superior officer


  • Minimum degree in relevant field​

  • Proven working experience in relevant business areas (Business development, underwriting, relationship management)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written communication)
  • Excellent Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills​
