Summary
To supervise the day-to-day operation of the Health team and drive the team’s service plan as well as business growth effort.
Responsibilities
1. To market health insurance to both existing and new clients
- Implement growth strategy focused both on financial expansion and customer satisfaction
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
2. To be responsible for the day to management of assigned clients and prospects
- Obtain most favorable terms are obtained on all schemes with health Unit portfolio.
- Complete documentation for all schemes as at when due
- Ensure clients understand what is required by the HMO/Health Insurer to service their account
- Keep records on each scheme and ensure they are updated as at when due
- Resolve clients complaints on HMO service or our brokerage service
- Monitor HMOs performance and intervene as may be needed
- Send periodic reports to the client on their Scheme
- Arrange periodic meetings with HMOs and Clients toward ensuring effective service delivery
3. Any other duties assigned by a superior officer
Requirements
- Minimum degree in relevant field
- Proven working experience in relevant business areas (Business development, underwriting, relationship management)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English (oral and written communication)
- Excellent Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
