Summary

As a Graduate Trainee, you will engage in a variety of training programs, rotational assignments, and projects aimed at familiarizing you with different aspects of the organization while enhancing your professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation programs and onboarding activities to familiarize yourself with the organization's culture, policies, and procedures.
• Complete training modules and courses designed to develop technical skills, industry knowledge, and professional competencies.
• Rotate through different departments or functions within the organization to gain exposure to various roles and responsibilities.
• Work with experienced professionals to learn about their job duties and best practices.
• Assist with project tasks, assignments, and initiatives under the guidance and supervision of senior team members.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in relevant field of study.

Minimum of 0-2 years of work experience.

Age not exceeding 27 years by November, 2024.

Completion of NYSC by November, 2024.

Ability to useMicrosoft word, excel, and powerpoint.

Possess strong learning ability.

Have good written and oral communication skills.
